The header, and the FMF file is a binary file that consists of one or more layer 
data, and simple file structure. 
Header area (20Byte) is recorded at the head and the layerCount number of FMF 
headers is output to the layer data block afterwards. 

The size of layer N area of one layer area of 0 layer areas of the 
header area header area fixes 20 bytes. 
The size of each layer area is mapWidth*mapHeight*(bitCount/8) byte.
